Peach Season in Niagara is one of the most celebrated, and for good reason. The peaches this year are especially delicious, so here’s a great way to capture the true taste of summer on the Bench. Featuring our own Tawse Whisky, this cocktail is a creamy, dreamy creation that showcases sweet peaches, tart lemon, and spicy ginger. The perfect compliment for our smooth and flavourful Canadian Whisky.

2 oz. Tawse Canadian Whisky
2 oz. peach ginger simple syrup*
2 dashes Tawse Aromatic Bitters
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 egg white

Place ingredients into cocktail shaker, without ice, shake. And we mean…SHAKE!
Add ice then shake again. Strain into coupe glass, and garnish with fresh peach slice!

Peach Ginger Simple Syrup

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
2 peaches, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

Bring to a boil and reduce. Strain through cheesecloth
