Back to basics. This Gin cocktail is as simple as it is delicious, and requires only a few ingredients you may have already in the house!⠀

The Bebbo, a take on The Bees Knees cocktail with the addition of a delicious winter citrus that creates a lively colour and beautiful balance of sweetness and acidity to this tart and tasty drink!⠀

🍯1 1/2 ounces Tawse Gin⠀
🍯3/4 ounce fresh Lemon juice⠀
🍯1/4 ounce fresh Blood Orange juice ⠀
🍯1 ounce Honey syrup⠀
Honey Syrup – 2:1 ratio of honey and hot water, mixed well. ⠀
We decided to stay local and use Wildflower Honey from our friends and neighbours @rosewoodwine ⠀

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well and double-strain into a chilled coup glass. Garnish with a lemon peel or dried Blood Orange slice for drama!⠀
