Old Fashioned, but make it Christmas. The addition of brown sugar and Barrel-Aged Bitters gives this classic cocktail a nostalgic twist for the holiday season. A simple change can make all the difference!
1 cube Brown Sugar
1 tsp water
3 dashes Tawse Barrel-Aged Bitters
2 oz Tawse Canadian Whisky
Dried Orange wheel for garnish
Place brown sugar cube in rocks glass and add water and bitters. Muddle in bottom of glass. Add Tawse Whisky, ice, and garnish with orange peel or dried orange wheel. Cinnamon sticks also make an appropriate garnish.
