Have you tried our La Pressatura yet? Our take on Grappa is delicious and intriguing, but usually the first question we get is “what do you do with it?”.

Well, we’ve discovered a recipe just for you! Presenting the Grappacino; a flavourful and rich mixture of espresso, amaretto, and our Pinot Noir La Pressatura. ☕️ For those who like strong coffee and even stronger cocktails.


2oz Pinot Noir La Pressatura
1/2oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Disaronno
1 shot of freshly made espresso

Combine ingredients over ice in cocktail shaker, shake VERY well, pour into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
Garnish with espresso beans, and enjoy!
For a bit more sweetness and an elevated flavour, add 1oz of Maple Syrup in lieu of Simple Syrup.
