2017 Spark Blend

This Traditional Method Sparkling wine is made from a base of 73% Chardonnay, 17.7% Pinot Noir and 9.3% Pinot Gris. Having spent 12 months on the lees, this off-dry wine displays notes of apple, citrus, and marzipan. The palate is clean with crisp acidity and a fine and elegant mousse.
