This is a very expressive wine that that gives off notes of papaya, pineapple, wet stone and hints of gooseberry that one expects from Sauvignon Blanc. Mouth-watering acidity is noticed first but is perfectly balanced by fruit flavours of tart pineapple, Meyer lemon and tropical fruits. The finish is crisp, clean and satisfying.
