This Blanc de Noirs Spark is a show stopper. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the Sustainably farmed Laundry Family Vineyard. This Spark is made in the traditional method and spent 6 years aging on the secondary fermentation lees. A very elegant and pleasing wine with aromas ripe apple, brioche and marzipan. The palate is treated to sweet notes and a creamy round mouth feel. The finish is generous, tart and crisp.
