This wine has aged beautifully and will continue to do so for a few more years. The vibrant notes from its youth have developed into stewed and dried fruit, cigar box and subtle toast. The tannins which were grippy when first released have relaxed and are now soft and velvety. This is a beautiful example of a well aged Niagara wine..
