It’s Happy Hour! What’s bubbling in your cauldron today? We’ve got a scary delicious treat to ring in the most beautiful time of year here on the Bench. This cocktail is inspired by a tequila based cocktail we found called The Haunted Orchard. Orchards get all the spooky fun so we’ve added a little Tawse Twist…presenting The Haunted Vineyard!
1.5oz Tawse Vodka
1oz Lemon Juice
.5oz KVAS Ginger Wildflower Simple Syrup
4 Dashes of Tawse Aromatic Bitters
A Pinch of Cinnamon
Combine over ice in a cocktail shaker, mix or shake well. Pour into glass rimmed with cinnamon sugar.
Top up with Tawse Apple Cider
Garnish with a cinnamon stick or apple slice
Bake your apple for a warm and tasty garnish, or mull your cider for some extra spice!
