2 oz Tawse Gin
1 oz lemon juice
4 raspberries
.5 oz simple syrup
Egg white
Soda water

  • Combine gin, lemon juice, raspberries, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Muddle raspberries.
  • Add egg white, dry shake well.
  • Add ice, shake more!
  • Fine strain into highball glass, leaving room for soda/sparkling water.
  • Top with soda/sparkling water, we used a raspberry flavoured sparkling water for extra flavour!
  • Garnish with raspberries, serve to the one you love.
