Join winemakers Rene Van Ede and Ryan Gibson in the private tasting room for an in-depth look at sparkling wine production including viticulture and vinification and of course..a tasting of sparkling wine at various stages of production! We will top things off with a horizontal tasting of our current Spark releases and a library tasting of past vintages of David's Block Spark including the not yet released 2011, complemented with some tasty nibbles!

If you've ever considered joining a wine club, this is an event you won't want to miss! We're hosting three seminars in our private cellar for an in-depth look at the Tawse Wine Club. On this day you will have the opportunity to meet our Wine Club Manager, Vicki Smyth, and learn about the wines and the many benifits of this exclusive program. You'll also be treated to complimentary tastings of our exclusive Wine Club wines and other premium wines that you would typically receive in a wine club shipment. The wines will be served alongside a variety of delicious cheeses.
