Staying the weekend? The Restaurant at Redstone is offering a special 4-course dinner menu on both Saturday, February 13th & Sunday, February 14th. Reservations available from 5 pm to 9pm. We will top things off with a horizontal tasting of our current Spark releases and a library tasting of past vintages of David's Block Spark including the not yet released 2011, complemented with some tasty nibbles!
